GeoWFM

GeoWFM is an Android application focused on Rostelecom employees. It provides access to active applications - description and customer contacts. There is a built-in map for route guidance. There is a section for contracting organizations that repair equipment.

Authorization

To work with the program, you need to pre-authorize, the data are provided by the company's specialists. It is also recommended to provide access to the GPS module to display the current location. This will greatly facilitate work with the map.

Task list

Employees are able to receive information about new requests promptly. When opening a task, all necessary information is displayed - fault description, comments, address and contacts. When the request is closed, the information is automatically transferred to the company server. The sorting mode of the table can be customized. A separate tab contains the actual work statistics. You can select the required period and generate a report. The built-in algorithm allows you to build an optimal route for bypassing requests to minimize the total distance. There is also a function for tracking the status of requests. You can activate automatic sending of a notification about the end of the working day. A separate option allows you to customize the period of sending the current geolocation to the company's server, which saves battery power. You can also customize the notification mode by specifying a list of desired events. The parameters are accessed through the main menu.
