SEMA

SEMA is a software package that enables building information modeling (BIM). Its main task is to design structures made of wood, connecting structures, stairs and tile profiles. In SEMA, you create a "virtual design" of a building as well as models for different types of structures, such as stairs or roofs. The software is equipped with its own library of essential tools that enable the design of basic supports, walls, openings and roofs. In the program you can make a general plan of the project and convert all objects into a 3D - model with visualization.

Features

In the library of blanks you can select ready-made profiles and templates. Any element can be "implemented" to create a project. SEMA provides fast "assembly" of virtual building projects. You can create "templates" based on the area of the building plan. Choose the consumables (timber or fahtverk structures), depending on the requirements specified by the customer. The software is equipped with tools for working with drawings, as well as for creating objects in three-dimensional format. SEMA allows you to keep records of certificates and other documents of the project, which are needed to calculate money for materials and wages to workers. Use this program and create a three-dimensional model of the future building or structure, specifying the rates, deadlines and "general model" of the appearance of the project. Workspace

SEMA is no exception, like many similar programs, and allows you to work in 2D and 3D mode, switching between the two. If necessary, you will open several projects at once, which you can edit in separate tabs, as well as change the scale of the toolbar. There is a division into panels in the program. Depending on the purpose, select separate sub-tools that provide work with the landscape. Specifying the right tools, you create the overall framework, add internal partitions and beams. If necessary, you will add natural colors to the project using a special palette. SEMA supports exporting, importing and saving projects in 3DS, OBJ, VRML (for 3D objects), as well as DXF and DWG (for drawings).
