SeeviceGuru is a phone service for Android that offers the ability to provide education and testing for catering workers. This plugin provides the ability to give classes and download educational data at a distance.

Education

This platform is a cloud-based service for providing education to workers. It functions in this way: in the personal account, owners can set different tasks in the program system. Other clients are given the ability to see these tasks. It is possible to see organization news and educational materials in the main menu. Educational tasks can include audio, videos, texts, documents, presentations and links to other materials.

Inspection methods

There are two test formats in the program - training and exam. In the first format, clients are shown the correct answer to the question being asked. It turns out that there is the ability to memorize the necessary data for cooking, serving and other activities. Tests function differently: there is no function to refer to hints. The employee has to give answers to the tasks himself. This method gives a limitation for thinking, because of this it is necessary to find the right answers as soon as possible. In all tests, the tasks and correct answers are shown in random order. This action is done so that the worker is not able to memorize every question.
