Kotatsu

Kotatsu is an Android application that allows you to read Japanese comics. The library contains an extensive catalog of titles translated into Russian.

Library

The user gets access to more than a hundred comics. For easy navigation, the library is divided into categories: Manga Tian, MangaTown, ReadManga and others. There is a search function - by full title or keywords. There is a set of filters by genre (in the form of classic tags), search by title or keywords. This allows you to quickly navigate the application and search for manga on any topic, for example, about harems, cyberpunk, vampires, kodomo, adventure. The comic book page contains all the necessary information: description: cover photo, current rating, author. Below there is a panel with a selection of similar publications, similarity is analyzed by theme or storyline.

Reader

The app integrates a full-fledged reader, which eliminates the need to use third-party reading software. The main panel displays the reading history, to remove content from the list you need a long press on the cover. All the basic tools and features for comfortable reading are present. The application remembers where the user stopped reading, returning to the desired page. In the settings you can change the orientation from vertical to horizontal. Manhwa mode allows you to simulate paper pages with flipping animation. The comic can be downloaded to the device, allowing full offline access.
