Canon Print Service

Canon Print Service is a program to connect your Android smartphone to your printer. This allows you to quickly print the document you want by sending it over Wi-Fi.

The program is designed to synchronize with printers of the Canon brand. You can send any file that has a suitable format. There are quite a few modes, including the possibility of double-sided printing. A choice between monochrome and color printing, specifying the type of paper, layout for stapling pages and much more is available. Keep in mind that the set of available settings may vary from printer to printer. All popular inkjet printer lines are supported, including PIXMA, LBP, MAXIFY, imageCLASS, Satera, imagePRESS and a number of SELPHY compact photo printer models.

Instructions

You do not need to upload a file to the application beforehand to print. Sending is done from an application that supports this option. It can be a browser, text editor, image viewer and others. You need to open a photo or document, click on the settings icon and select the "Share" option in the menu. A new panel with available options will open, among which you need to find the item "Canon" or an icon in the form of a printer. The next step is to check and, if necessary, adjust the available print settings. At the same stage, the number of required copies and page orientation are specified. It is possible to open the advanced printer settings. After pressing the "Print" button, it will only remain to wait for all pages to exit the device.
