gGens

gGens is a mobile Android program that provides the ability to play game projects from a retro console called Sega Mega Drive. For this purpose, emulation of this device is used.

Video game emulation

This utility was created for fans of entertainment projects from the retro console from the Japanese company Sega. Since not everyone has the opportunity to find and purchase the original device, this mobile program gives the opportunity to remember old video games. Thanks to this program, users can immerse themselves in old video game projects. These include: Doom Troopers, Gargoyles, General Chaos, Zero Tolerance, Dune, Aladdin, Vectorman, Mortal Kombat, Shining Force, Golden Axe, Comix Zone, Castlevania and so on. It should be noted that this utility is engaged in the emulation of projects from the previously mentioned retro console. However, there is no built-in catalog with video games in the program. It is necessary to find entertainment projects yourself. After finding the desired video game, the user needs to install it on his portable gadget. Then it remains only to open the mobile program and add the game through the built-in file manager.

Game process

After launching any installed video game, the user will see the image in the upper half of the interface. In the lower part there will be keys for controlling the game character. The mobile utility emulates the buttons from the original retro console controller. However, if desired, you can choose a different layout in the program parameters. The sound is also adjusted there.
