Microsoft Publisher

Microsoft Publisher is a program for the Windows platform and is a multifunctional publishing platform. It is part of the popular Microsoft Office 2016 package (Professional Plus version) and allows you to create layouts of different levels of complexity. You can develop any information and marketing materials. Support for integration with other packages from Microsoft is provided.

Templates

After launching the program, the project creation wizard opens. At this stage, you can open an empty layout, creating the entire structure from scratch, or use a suitable template. The program allows you to work with layouts of the following types:

• advertising products;
• information booklets;
• business cards;
• invitations;
• product catalogs;
• diplomas and certificates;
• gift certificates;
• advertisements.

You can use ready-made color schemes selected by experts or create your own design.

Editing

General navigation is standard for Microsoft software. The left part of the window contains the page list for quick navigation. The upper part contains a set of tools. You can insert and customize text blocks, formulas, graphs, simple shapes, pictures and much more. A separate panel is responsible for customizing the font and text location in the selected block. It is possible to organize joint work of several users on one project. To do this, you need to authorize with a Microsoft account and through the settings give access to the layout to the necessary users.
