MyASUS is a Windows application, which is positioned by the developer as a device control center. You can download the latest firmware version, get advice, access help or initiate warranty repairs.

Then you can change the interface language and allow access to the geolocation function - this will allow you to quickly search for service centers in a certain area.

The program allows you to send messages to company representatives. It is realized by means of online chat. Just click the "Contact ASUS" link in the main menu, choose the most appropriate topic and describe the situation. There is a separate section devoted to device repair. You can quickly check if the firmware is up to date and if necessary download a new version from an external server. It is possible to leave a request for warranty or paid repair.
