Epson resetter

The Epson resetter application is intended for use in conjunction with printers of the same name brand. The main functionality is automatic resetting of the pampers counter. It supports devices working both via a standard USB cable and wireless LAN.

Usage

The need to reset this parameter is faced by many owners of printers (regardless of brand), in some cases it can affect the work, although physically the pampers are still in order. To initiate the process of resetting the internal counter, you need a PC with active Internet access. After launching the application, the main menu will open, in which there are other useful functions: cleaning the print head, checking the current state of the counter, reading and recording the serial number.

Features

Another useful feature is the ability to write and read data to EEPROM, HEAD ID and USB ID, but this function is not available for all models. The current status of the printer is displayed, and a full test mode is available for testing the paper feed system from the external tray. It is recommended to check the presence of the Epson resetter utility before starting work and disable it if necessary. This program comes bundled with the main official software and is designed to track the current ink level. It is a useful tool, but a conflict between the two programs is possible.
