Easy Setup Assistant

The Easy Setup Assistant application is designed for quick setup of TP-LINK routers. It requires a minimum of actions from the user, the main steps are carried out automatically, a simple interface in Russian is used, all the steps have explanatory text. Installation of the program on the PC is not required, it is enough to copy the executable file.

Setting up the router

After launching the program, a quick setup menu will open. At the first step, you need to specify the model of the network device and proceed to the next step. If the router is already connected to Wi-Fi, the utility initiates automatic disconnection to avoid interference during the main setup process. The next steps will ask you to connect the network cable from the provider to the network device and the patch cord to the PC from which the main configuration will be performed. Only after that the setup wizard will offer to connect power to the router. It is necessary to wait for the corresponding indicator to signal that the device has entered the working mode. After clicking the "Done" link, the physical connection can be considered complete. Then begins the stage of basic configuration, including entering information from the provider.

The user interface of the program is in Russian. The work is carried out step-by-step in the wizard mode, which greatly simplifies the whole process. It is enough to follow simple instructions and set up the Internet in just a few minutes. It is possible to configure an automatic mode of connection to the network. It is worth considering that at one of the stages you will need to enter a login and password, which is issued by the provider in the process of registration of the contract. Without these data, it will not be possible to complete the configuration.
