SheetCAM TNG

The SheetCAM TNG utility is designed to interact with Mach2/Mach3 machines. You can work with settings, test and control the cutting process.

Design

The English version is installed by default, but it is possible to switch to a russified version by downloading the corresponding file from an external server. This facilitates the process of mastering at the initial stage, especially for users who have not worked with this type of software before. To start working it is necessary to select and open the necessary vector file, then select an object from the set. It is possible to work directly with coordinates. The set of tools provides convenient editing. It is possible to specify the parameters of the cutting part and adjust the cutting speed.

Jet cutting and engraving

If it is necessary to engrave a certain object, it is necessary to select the option of processing without offset in the main menu. In this case the cutting will take place exactly along the specified contour. A separate parameter is responsible for the depth of cut (specified by the user in millimeters). In the process of processing the material, the user has the ability to quickly add a line offset to a certain side. All parameters are specified directly in the main panel. It is possible to customize jet cutting with the corresponding machine. If you do not specify important parameters (for example, depth), the program will issue an error warning. This avoids many problems and spoilage of expensive material.
