RD Client

RD Client is an application for organizing remote access to a computer. It is necessary to install the corresponding client on the end device and allow external connection. The interface is available only in English, but a minimal set of settings is used for operation, which allows you to understand the connection scheme relatively quickly.

Initial setup

After installing on a smartphone, you need to launch the application and press the plus icon to add a new device. Next, you need to use the Remote Desktop button to get the ability to interact with the virtual machine. Additional settings can be found in the Advanced panel. Next, you should specify a name for the new connection. It can be arbitrary and is used only for identification purposes. The next window is intended for specifying information that ensures correct authorization, including the user name and device name. Press the Done button to connect. The platform uses modern technologies and protection algorithms to organize the channel. This guarantees the security and protection of data on the used devices.

Features and configuration

You can create separate shortcuts for frequently used connections, which simplifies the work process considerably. A full-fledged RDG gateway is launched during the connection process. This allows you to play audio and video on your smartphone that are on your PC.
