Mipko Personal Monitor

Mipko Personal Monitor is a Windows application that allows you to organize remote monitoring of your employees. You can monitor opened sites, take screenshots, record keystrokes. This functionality allows you to use the application for parental control. Access to the keyboard allows you to restore correspondence, regardless of the resource through which communication takes place.

Monitoring

When opening the program, you need to specify a list of employees whose actions will be monitored. The next panel allows you to customize the mode of operation. The following actions are available:

• screenshots with a customizable creation interval;
• record of keys pressed;
• log of used sites;
• copying the clipboard contents;
• control of running programs.

You can activate the hidden mode in the settings. The utility icon will not be displayed in the notification area and taskbar. In most cases, this is enough to hide the activity.

Customization

It is possible to initiate sending a notification when a user uses words from a specified set. To do this, it is necessary to find the corresponding section in the settings and generate a list of forbidden phrases. It is possible to explicitly limit the amount of free space that can be occupied by the log. This is necessary because this file can have significant size when actively using the PC, especially when working for a long time. To access the settings, you can use an additional password, which will not allow you to limit the functionality of the program when it is detected by an employee.
