FreeConferenceCall

FreeConferenceCall is an official Windows application from the popular service of the same name. It allows you to organize large-scale online events, the maximum number of participants is 1000 people. The program allows you to quickly organize a virtual room with the necessary functionality. You can record, send files, show the screen, communicate in text chat. Tools for access differentiation are provided.

Creating a video meeting

To access the functionality, you must first create an account, specifying a password and an up-to-date e-mail address. To continue, you should press the Host button. The current room ID and password for access will be displayed on the screen. These data should be distributed to the participants, as it will not be possible to log in without them. It is possible to quickly copy the information to the clipboard to send it in a convenient way, for example, via messenger.

Communication

For communication, you can use video and voice mode. In parallel, you can correspond in text chat, a fast file exchange is supported. Any user can start a screen demonstration, which will be available to the entire audience. A recording mode of the event is provided, the file is saved on a cloud server (MP3 or WAV extension). Access is also restricted using a password.

Calls

The program can be used to get a virtual number, which will allow you to make calls through the network. It should be taken into account that this service is not included in the basic package and is paid. You need to go to a special section, choose a suitable tariff and pay the appropriate amount.
