SPIGOT

The SPIGOT utility is a useful module for use in the process of the iconic game Minecraft (multiplayer mode). Commands similar to those used on the original game server are used. Beginning users are recommended to use the help section. All available commands, recommendation for initial setup and other useful materials are described.

Brief description

The program is based on the CraftBukkut engine (installation process is similar). The program supports extensions and plugins to integrate additional functionality. Before you start working, you need to use java syntax (mandatory procedure): XX:MaxPermSize=128 M-jar spigot.jar.

Using plugins and management

The application uses commands that are supported by the main game server. However, there are a number of differences. To view the current server version you should use the version construct. The reload command allows you to force reload plugins. The plugins instruction is used to view the list of active extensions. When sending another command you should use the "/" symbol. The WorldGuard component is used to interact with regions. CoreProtect is used for convenient modification of blocks and their subsequent registration in the system. The PermissionsEX tool provides access to the panel for setting the rights of active gamers. To dramatically change the current game location, it is recommended to use the WorldEdit module.
