Office Reader

Office Reader is a Windows application that allows you to view office documents. You can open all types of spreadsheet, presentation and text files (modern and older formats). Sending a file by e-mail, clipboard operation and other useful features are supported. The viewing mode is also flexibly customizable - scale, page orientation, text size, and so on.

Viewing

After opening the program, you need to select a file to open via the menu, a standard window is used for quick navigation through directories. The following extensions are supported:

• TXT;
• PPT and PPTX;
• RTF;
• XLS and XLSX;
• VSD;
• DOC and DOCX.

It is possible to change the scale and view mode. It should be noted that there is no editing function, only opening.

Tools

The built-in search module provides all the necessary functions. You can search for phrases or separate parts of words, copy necessary pieces of text to the clipboard. Settings allow you to change the page orientation. The mode of sending the document for printing is supported, selecting the necessary parameters and using the preview mode. This allows you to visually assess how the paper version will look like and make new changes if necessary. The program remembers links to recently opened documents, the corresponding list is formed on the start page and is displayed each time you enter the interface. This allows you to quickly return to the recently viewed document to continue working.
