Lively is a Windows application for quickly installing live wallpapers on your regular desktop. You can use animation or video as source content. There is a built-in wallpaper catalog, you can also download videos from Internet resources. There is a function of hardware acceleration when using clips. The application allows you to optimize the screensaver for monitors with different resolutions. This ensures minimal load on the system even when using high-resolution videos.

Animation

After opening the program, you are given access to a catalog with animated pictures. You can conveniently browse through the content and add your own screensavers. To do this, just drag and drop a file into the main window - the application will automatically recognize the file and add it to the library. You can use ordinary Internet pages as screensavers. You only need to specify the correct link, no additional settings are required. Sound playback is supported and can be adjusted. If several monitors are connected to the PC, you can use different screensavers.

Settings

Full support for hardware acceleration is implemented, video quality can be selected. This allows you to ensure the smoothest possible operation in various operating modes. To reduce the load, it is recommended to activate animation disabling when launching games or programs for working with graphic content. For laptops, you can activate the automatic shutdown mode when running on battery power. At the initial stage of configuration you can select the player that will provide playback of animation and video. you can choose how to place the screensaver.
