Mercalli

Mercalli is a Windows-based application through which you can stabilize the video recording, removing "shake", perform correction. The utility contains a set of tools for intelligent analysis of the video recording, and in the process you can change the position of the frame in manual mode. There is also a functional tool - object recognition. The utility can act as a standalone video editor, or as a plug-in for programs such as Adobe After Effects, SONY Vegas Pro, Premiere and other analogues.
