WebBrowserPassView

WebBrowserPassView is a Windows application for retrieving passwords stored in the browser. The utility can be used to recover forgotten passwords from various services. It is possible to specify the required profile, which significantly reduces the check time. The resulting list can be saved as a file; CSV, HTML or classic TXT extensions are supported.

Search

The application is fully functional without installation on a PC, it is enough to unpack the archive and run the file with the exe extension. After launching the main window, a directory scan is automatically launched to search for saved authentication data. The final list is displayed in the main window after the scan is completed. Additionally, you can get information about the record creation date and security level. The program supports all common browsers.

Customization

It is possible to customize the display format of the final report. You can specify the number of columns and grid type. A keyword search is built in, which can be useful when there is a large amount of data. If the profile is not saved in the default directory, it is necessary to specify the path to it explicitly. A separate item of the main menu is responsible for this. At the initial stage, you can also select browsers from which you want to collect passwords. Once the information is obtained and verified, it can be saved to the clipboard or uploaded to an external file.
