vCardOrganizer

vCardOrganizer is a Windows application for creating and conveniently storing electronic business cards. Such cards can contain all necessary information - company name, contacts, details, official websites, etc. The function of exporting the database to XML format is supported. It is possible to create a backup copy of data for quick recovery in the future.

Adding contacts

After opening the main window, you can import a set of business cards from an external file or simply drag and drop them into the working area. The built-in editor allows you to manually create a new business card. You can specify the following information:

• phone;
• FULL NAME;
• address;
• date of birth;
• job information;
• Skype;
• photo.

You can add your own fields for additional information. For example, you can add additional methods of communication or pages in social networks. The mode of sorting contacts by various parameters and the search module are supported. This makes it easier to find the necessary user in case of a large number of records. It is possible to create new templates. This makes it possible to speed up the process of creating similar cards, eliminating the need for initial customization.

Data exchange

A tool is built in to automatically search for duplicates and merge records. The database can be exported to XML or VCF format if necessary to transfer it to another device. These extensions are correctly recognized by many programs of this type.
