FastCopy

FastCopy is a free Windows utility that allows users to copy, move and synchronize various files in no time. There is an option to automatically replace identical files. The application does not have a Russian translation. However, the interface of the program is extremely easy to master.

Copying files

As soon as the user turns on the utility, a window will appear in front of him, in which you need to specify the source folder, as well as the destination folder. Next, you need to select the mode. In total, there are three transfer methods in the computer program:

• Moving;
• Synchronization;
• Copying.

The latter mode implies saving files in their original location and creating copies in another folder. Moving, on the other hand, allows you to place the original data in a different location. Synchronization allows you to update the contents of files in different folders. The application is capable of performing several transfers in parallel. Also, the program provides a high speed of execution of the previously mentioned processes. Nevertheless, the user can put a limit to reduce the load on the memory drive. This will be useful if the user needs to do other things on the computer while the utility is running. After the data transfer is completed, the program automatically checks the success of the process. If the copying procedure resulted in errors, the utility will inform the user about it.

Optional

The user does not necessarily need to transfer all data from the specified folder. In the program settings, you can limit the copying of files with specific extensions. Thus, the user can transfer video clips, and images can be left untouched.
