IconPackager

IconPackager is a Windows application that allows you to change the default icons for applications and directories. There are built-in picture sets, you can also add your own content.

Collections

After opening the application, you can immediately add your own collection of icons. For convenience, all available collections are categorized. You can sort the selections by author, title and other parameters. This makes it easier to work with a large library, allowing you to find the desired content. A convenient interface is used, the search for the desired option does not cause difficulties. There are explanatory icons and hints. Additional information can be found in the help section. An editor for creating new selections is built in. To do this, you need to select ICO-files one by one and customize associations. It is possible to change standard icons for system folders, files of different types, control panel elements. Changing cursors is supported, and the sets can also be changed to arbitrary ones.

Personalization

Icons for certain elements can be selected manually. Once activated, the new image can be adjusted - change the size, color, and brightness. There is a selection of different effects that allow you to add distortions and noises. This will make the content really unique. A convenient integration with the context menu is supported. This will allow you to quickly change the icon without starting the main program. It is enough to activate the menu and select the appropriate item.
