PCMScan

PCMScan is a Windows application for complete vehicle diagnostics. You can work with OBD instructions, read sensor readings, search and reset errors. It should be taken into account that only products from foreign manufacturers, which entered the market after 1996, are supported.

Connection

To access the functionality, you need to use a special adapter that connects to a special connector of the car (can be purchased in specialized stores). At the initial setup stage, you can select the connection port and protocol.

Data reading

Once configured and connected, the program allows you to read the current sensor readings. Real-time monitoring is supported, which allows you to record a certain type of errors. The information is displayed in a convenient format, visual graphs are added if necessary. In a separate window, you can display a virtual dashboard to monitor the relevant indicators - speed, RPM, temperature mode and so on. For convenience, the creation of ready-made sets with the required sensors is supported. This greatly simplifies the control of readings. The built-in logbook allows you to automatically record all data. It is possible to send OBD commands to control ECU components. Error search mode allows you to find out all the necessary information and, if possible, automatically reset them.
