ScanPapyrus

ScanPapyrus is a Windows application for scanning documents. It supports TWAIN and WIA standards, which ensures compatibility with all popular scanners and MFPs. There is a built-in editor that allows you to adjust contrast and crop the resulting image.

Scanning

After startup, you can customize scanning settings and select a connection standard. Automatic mode is supported, which can be used for multi-page documents or books. The interval before a new scan can be adjusted so that you can comfortably change pages. Saving is also done automatically to a single file with the selected settings.

Editing

The application includes a simple editor that allows you to adjust the color scheme and use cropping. Brightness and contrast correction can be performed in manual or automatic modes. It is also possible to cut out a certain area and add simple notes. The resulting file can be saved in PDF or DJVU format. Before saving, you can change the page order and customize additional settings. A cloud service for fast text recognition is integrated. This allows you to convert the file into text format for further editing. A convenient help section is built in, which facilitates the initial setup process and further use of the program.
