VSTHost

The VSTHost application allows you to play a full-fledged synthesizer using the standard keyboard. Support for plug-ins is provided to extend the functionality.

Instrument panel

To record new sounds, you need to go to the corresponding tab. In the process of work, you can immediately listen to a new recording using the built-in player. To start it, you need to use the "Run" function. The playback function in reverse order is built in. The MIDI editor is implemented as a separate module. You can load the corresponding files, edit and play them. All elements are in English, but there are no difficulties in the process of searching for the desired function. A logical arrangement is used, and there are corresponding icons.

Playing the synthesizer

To realize this functionality, you need to install the corresponding plugin beforehand. After installation, a virtual keyboard will be displayed in a separate window, all necessary keys are conveniently signed. The user gets the opportunity to send the necessary notes to record a melody. The virtual keyboard is interactive - you can make clicks with a mouse. This mode completely duplicates the use of a physical device. Some keys provide additional functionality. For example, Shift is intended for raising or lowering the tone by two octaves (right and left Shift respectively). Using the mouse allows you to realize simultaneous pressing of the desired combination. This allows you to create quite complex compositions.
