EssentialPIM

EssentialPIM is a Windows application for easy storage of important information. It integrates with your email account to access your emails. You can save passwords, notes, contacts, payment information, and more. Synchronization with cloud storage is available.

Tasks

There is a built-in module for creating a list of tasks and work schedule. This allows you to receive reminders of events at the right time. You can set a priority and a suitable category for recording. After the task is completed, it can be marked as completed and deleted. You can customize the periodicity, which eliminates the need to manually add records. For example, you can pre-activate a notification every Sunday at a certain time. The function of synchronization with the cloud service is implemented. After customization, it becomes possible to access information from another device.

Passwords

The application allows you to form a secure virtual container for storing accounts. A built-in password generator is implemented, which allows you to get a set of symbols with the desired parameters. Before creating, you need to specify the required length and type of symbols to be used.

Mail

There is a mail client module. After specifying the necessary settings, the user gets full access to the mailbox. Emails can be viewed, deleted, created new, sorted by date, subject and sender. The program also allows you to create an address book. To properly configure the program, it is recommended to refer to the help section beforehand.
