Password Reset

Operating principle

The program initiates a situation when the checksum in a given memory area becomes incorrect. This automatically leads to a reset of all settings. This is a standard system procedure, which in many cases allows you to eliminate the consequences of the failure without additional actions. Among other things, all passwords stored in the system are also erased. The program provides a number of additional features. There is a built-in module for backing up data and restoring it to its original form. If an error occurs during the password reset process, the information will be saved in a file that has a non-standard extension .dea. You can open it with a text editor and find out the details. The developers warn that some antiviruses recognize this functionality as suspicious and may block it. To solve this problem, you need to open the antivirus settings and add the utility to the exceptions.
