Sunbird

Sunbird is a free Windows program that combines the functionality of a task scheduler and calendar. With the help of the utility toolkit, users are able to create to-do lists, schedules of various events and so on. There is native integration with the mail service called Thunderbird. The interface text is available in several languages, including Russian and English.

Calendar functions

On the start page of the application, the user will see a calendar. On it you can place various notes about future events, activities, deadlines and so on. The user can independently decide how to use the calendar present in the program. A special feature of the program is that it allows you to send invitations to people who will participate in a work meeting, party or other event. In addition, the computer utility has an option that is responsible for sending notifications about the imminent start of the event added to the plans.

Additional options

The user is allowed to export data from the calendar as a separate document. The user can also make his to-do list available to the public or open it for specific people. The computer utility allows you to customize the appearance of the interface. For example, a person can activate the display of only working days, removing weekends and holidays from the calendar. In addition, there is the ability to filter notes by various criteria, including time, subject, name and so on.
