MobaLiveC D-Windows application for testing the operability of boot disks without rebooting the PC. The user gets an opportunity to start a virtual machine and install an image of the selected operating system. The application is based on the popular Qemu emulator. Integration with context menu is supported.

Purpose

Boot disks allow you to start your computer using your own software shell. This can be used to test hard disks, remove viruses, restore the operating system and in other situations. Such tools are distributed in the form of disk images. Special programs are used to create bootable drives. They automatically add the necessary entries to ensure automatic startup when the computer is turned on. Simple copying does not provide this functionality. The program allows you to test the operability of the prepared drive without a complete reboot of the system. It is also possible to test the ISO image directly without additional manipulation. Using a full-fledged virtual machine allows you to simulate the process of PC operation.

Using

The utility is portable and works without installing it on a PC. After launching, you need to specify the drive or select the desired disk image. After confirmation, you need to wait for the end of the download process, which may take some time. Control with hotkeys is supported. The full list can be found in the help section.
