PreSonus Studio One

PreSonus Studio One is a Windows application that is implemented as a convenient virtual studio for working with audio. You can create and edit compositions in different genres. There is a built-in MIDI sequencer and a set of modules for song processing.

Tools

Connection of external devices for audio loading is supported. Also, a large number of different virtual instruments are available while working on a project. Their connection is realized in the format of plug-ins, which allows you to choose the optimal set of functions for convenient work. You can assign instruments with the necessary settings to each channel. Additional parameters and sound level adjustment are provided.

Processing

After creating a new song, you can switch to the editor for additional processing. There is a catalog of ready-made effects such as echo, fade-in, and others. There are ready-made samples and loupes. The main working area is located in the center of the screen. For convenience, all loaded recordings are displayed in the form of sound waves. With the help of special markers, you can cut the desired range, focusing on the timestamps. A player is built in to play back the current result. An additional panel allows you to change the frequency range and playback speed. In case of difficulties in the process of work you can refer to the help section. All basic functions, setting up external devices, menu sections and the process of connecting external plug-ins are described. There is a search module and a navigation bar for available categories.
