EditPad

The EditPad application is a notepad with a set of additional functions. You can create notes, work with lists and much more.

Main menu

All the necessary tools are located in the main window of the program. All the necessary options for formatting text are provided. You can break text into paragraphs, align and create lists of different types. You can search and replace words. You can navigate through chapters, which is convenient for large texts. Tabs are used to work with several files, which makes it easy to switch between them. All major encodings are supported, including Unicode.

Options

A non-standard Clip Collection option has been implemented, which allows the user to create a set of frequently used phrases or texts. It facilitates work with typical documents by quick insertion of fragments. The full list of items is available in a separate panel. The mode of working with lists is elaborated. You can sort elements and automatically delete duplicates. All editing operations are saved in the history, which allows you to return to the desired stage using a special button. Syntax highlighting for popular programming languages is provided. There is also a built-in Outline module that allows you to automatically define constructions for grouping. This allows you to use the program as a tool for editing scripts. For convenience, you can customize the main interface and activate line numbering.
