Disk Drill

Disk Drill is a useful application on the user's computer that makes it possible to perform deleted file recovery if the user operates a hard disk-based PC. In this case, after deletion, there is information left in the sectors, which can be recovered if the disk has not overwritten the data. The utility can work in Fat32 and NTFS file systems.

Usage

The program simply performs a system scan to find deleted files that can be overwritten later. Disk Drill can work with all modern hard disks, while not conflicting with the hardware, as well as not distorting files during their recovery. Note that to start working with the application, you need to click on the Quick Scan button. This will start the hard disk scanning process.

Functions

The main function has already been described. The user can only start the scanning process and then select the desired file. You will have to choose from a huge drop-down disk, which contains all previously deleted files. With a simple drag and drop, you can perform the recovery procedure. Note that you can restore any data, from audio and video to various documents. But you can do this only if the scan is performed a small amount of time after deletion. This is due to the design features of hard disks.
