Autoruns

Autoruns is a Windows application for managing the Autoruns list. It is possible to disable activation of certain services and programs at OS startup. All necessary information is displayed - drivers, task list and other items that can run with the operating system.

Processes

The program does not require installation in the system. You can work in command line mode or through a convenient graphical shell. After launching, the main window displays all processes and applications for which automatic startup is activated. For convenience, the functionality is divided into several tabs:

• drivers;
• executable files;
• network services;
• tasks;
• downloadable modules;
• codecs;
• and others.

Records can be sorted by various parameters, including name and source directory. Clicking on a process opens an additional panel with a detailed description. There is a built-in registry editor for manual editing. It is recommended to use this module only for experienced users, as there is a possibility of damaging important settings. This can lead to certain problems, up to the inability to start the system correctly.

Autoloader Management

After selecting a service or application, the available options appear. In particular, it is possible to unload the module to free up hardware resources. Proper use of the program features allows you to noticeably speed up the entire system. You can use it if you need to run a demanding game or program. All available functions and their description can be found in the help section. Useful recommendations are given, which will allow you to effectively use the program features. There is a search function and a standard navigation bar.
