HPlus Watch

HPlus Watch is a free Android utility responsible for synchronizing data between your portable gadget and smart watch. Detailed statistics are available, displaying heart rate and the number of steps walked. There is a function for monitoring the quality of sleep. The application interface is translated into Russian.

Start using

In order for the utility to perform its functions, a person needs to synchronize the watch with a portable device. For this purpose, a connection via Bluetooth is used. Also, the user will be asked to give access to geolocation.

Personal account

Once the synchronization between the devices is established, the person will need to enter some information. These include:

• Weight;
• Duration of waking and falling asleep;
• Desired sleep duration;
• Height;
• Gender.

The mobile program will then provide tips to help improve the quality of sleep. In addition, the software will independently calculate the appropriate weight for the person. In the future, the user will be able to monitor their sleep and weight changes.

Statistics and alerts

The mobile utility saves the data received from the connected watch. The program then displays this information on the user's handheld device. Among the information displayed by the utility are: heart rate, calories consumed during the day and the number of steps walked by the user. The program has a reminder system. It can be activated in the tab with parameters. After activating the alerts, the person will receive reminders about the need to start physical activity. If desired, you can customize the regularity of such notifications.
