LibreTorrent

LibreTorrent is a torrent client for Android that allows you to download different types of files. It is possible to pause the download process, set priorities and speed limits. You can start your own torrents, distributing files from your mobile device.

Downloads

The principle of operation is similar to using the PC version. To start a new download, you need to specify a link on the start page or select a previously downloaded torrent file through the file manager. After the start the basic statistics will be displayed - file size, downloaded part, speed and approximate time of full download. In the settings there is an option to allow downloading only when connected via Wi-Fi. This is useful if mobile traffic is limited in volume. It supports sending notifications when the download is complete. You can download a large number of files at once. In this case, you can flexibly customize the download mode. You can set priorities that affect the download speed. There is a convenient task scheduler and an option to intercept magnet links.

Creating torrents

Built-in wizard allows you to quickly set up distribution of your own files. You can specify a folder or a file, add tracker addresses and comments if necessary. The list of files that are currently being distributed is available in a separate tab, detailed statistics is displayed when you click on it. In the menu there is a brief instruction on how to work with the program. It describes the available settings, the process of uploading new files and creating new distributions.
