SCAD Office

SCAD Office is a whole program complex created for CAD technologies and testing of their products. Each program of the complex performs a certain task in the field of designing various types of structures, as well as calculating the strength of the obtained materials. The software was created by a Russian group of companies with 15 years of experience in the field of IT-development - CJSC "GC Russian CAD".

Usage

The main tasks of the CAD system are to create various technological and engineering structures, to analyze and calculate the structural features of building elements. SCAD Office, as is clear from the name, has a fairly narrow scope of application. The application is suitable for the performance of construction, architectural and engineering purposes. In addition, the software package is a Russian development, so it will find application among Russian-speaking specialists. Russian CAD is based only on Russian requirements and quality standards. Convenience in use will add a fully Russian and understandable interface. But it should be noted, the platform is multi-profile and can switch to a foreign profile, which will be convenient for non-Russian-speaking users.

CAD package

The contents of the software package are represented by 18 programs. Each application has its own purpose and function. To optimize the workflow, the programs are classified into three main blocks:

• computational block, which consists of one program - Structure CAD (SCAD). This software is responsible for calculation and analytical activity of the whole complex and has no analogues. The block solves complex design tasks and provides design of objects of different complexity;
• auxiliary block, where the system support functions and various auxiliary activities are performed. The block is formed by the programs Constructor of sections, CONSUL, TONUS, SESAM and so on;
• design-analytical block, which is responsible for solving specific tasks according to GOST requirements and declared quality standards (CRYSTALL, REQUEST, KAMIN, etc.);
• design and engineering block. Responsible for accompanying technological and design documentation to the projects under development (Kometa, Monolit);
• reference block. It carries specialized information (CoCon, KUST).
