Bustime

Bustime is a software designed for easy use of public transportation and saving passengers' time. The application works in St. Petersburg, Nizhny Novgorod, Rostov-on-Don, Sochi and a large number of other Russian cities. This version of the utility is designed for portable devices based on Android.

Service operation

Prompt updating of information about the movement of public transport is ensured by the fact that each vehicle is equipped with GPS and GLONASS sensors. Official information is provided by close interaction of the service with all available cities, administrations and departments. Users can leave feedback regarding the rolling stock or route. All feedback is taken into account, which allows for timely correction of errors and updating of information. With this app, users can calculate:

• exit time;
• travel time,
• arrival time at destination.

It is worth noting that the interface of the utility has very flexible settings. At his discretion, the user can customize:

It is also possible to add frequently used routes to "Favorites", and this list can be configured manually or automatically. The list of available cities is constantly growing, currently more than 80 settlements in Russia and Kazakhstan are available. If the application does not work in some city, the user who lives there can contact the developers by indicating the web-page of the local department. Among the pleasant additions it is worth noting the alert system for users with poor eyesight, as well as the selection of transportation for people with disabilities. Also integrated into the software is a game for attention and reaction, which will allow you to pass the time waiting at the stop or on the road.
