Cake is a plugin for Android to learn English. The plugin provides an opportunity to learn and improve correct pronunciation, and also to practice speaking.

Video lessons

In the plugin there is a huge selection of videos from movies, TV shows, YouTube, clips, interviews and cartoons. The videos are categorized by type and channel, which you can subscribe to and will receive notifications. There are added tasks under all videos. Clients get prizes for completing them. It is possible to watch videos about hobbies, traveling, bank conversations, smartphone conversations, health, cooking, acquisitions, coming and going. A lot of information is aimed at learning conversational phrases. Context phrases are made to them for the whole understanding of the topic. With the help of the search menu it is possible to find sets for different actions. Showing videos are subtitled in a separate tab. If you want, you can mark any word and see what it means. To memorize the sound of the phrase there is an option to auto-repeat the clip. All the data seen are independently included in a separate menu. If necessary, you can keep certain clips in the bookmarks.

The Cake plugin gives you the opportunity to analyze personally the level of spoken language. To do this, you just need to go to the Speak menu, where there are audio lessons with the translation of words in the form of text. They are divided by type and degree of learning. There is the ability to adjust notifications by time, so that in time to practice. The plugin independently leaves information about what data has been studied by the client. After listening to the lessons, there is an opportunity to memorize the material by reading the presented words in the target language. The plugin analyzes the spoken speech and puts a mark. Registration

The capabilities of the plugin can be applied as a guest, but authorization provides some advantages. Registration is done using Facebook and Google accounts. After authorization is complete, the plugin begins to maintain user statistics on its own.
