SatFinder

SatFinder is an application for a full-fledged search for "satellites". In the software you will make tuner settings, directing the dish to the right position for better signal reception. SatFinder determines the position of digital channels by finding the optimal location of satellites.

General information

"Satellites" are in their own orbit. Using this software, you determine their movement without difficulty. The correct location of the satellites is determined by the tilt of the "mirror". In fact, the "mirror" is the main part of the standard satellite kit, and also determines the azimuth of the side. You use it to guide the "dish" to get the "strongest" signal. SatFinder only "calibrates" these parameters when viewing channels, allowing you to save time and money. The graphical shell of the application is created in a modern design. In the software there are no complicated panels and additional panels that interfere with the search for channels.

Functionality

The software allows you to search for "paid channels" by category or find a general list of channels. If you search through "paid channels", you will see your provider's channels in the final list. If you search in general, the software finds all channels that are in orbit. It is better to write the names for the channels in "translit". Sometimes there are situations when different satellites "show" the same name for the selected channel, but in a different encoding. If necessary, you can pick up the language, simplifying the search. The main disadvantage of SatFinder is that it searches only 5 channels at a time. You will have to click on the "Next" button, which is not very convenient and takes time.

Interface

If you want to set the channels more precisely, use the virtual scope. With its help you will check the direction of the signal, and also adjust the antenna to a certain satellite, which is located on the arc - it is shown in green color. SatFinder will come in handy for inexperienced users and professional "tuners" of satellite equipment. Its interface has many customization options and additional options that provide a full-fledged "fitting" of the signal.
