Fabula

Fabula is an Android plugin that is a literary planner. The program is designed for beginning writers. It provides assistance in developing the structure of a future novel, creating a plot plan and working with a draft.

Steps

The program gives the client nine main steps that enable them to start writing a novel:

• Write a little about the idea of the future work;
• Develop a broad description;
• Write the number and names of characters;
• Make a synopsis;
• Write characterization of the characters;
• Write a list of scenes and the like.

The idea of the steps is based on the snowflake method by Randy Ingermanson. It gives you the ability to go from developing a basic structure, a small structure of a book to a more difficult and extensive structure. You can start the steps from the main menu of the application. Once all the steps from the list are completed, the client will get a base for creating a draft of a personal work.

Saving

The final structure can be left in the program itself and transferred to other programs, e.g. Word. The main outlines are located in separate menus. This applies to the character list, synopsis and scene list. Another menu gives the possibility to leave notes. Here the client can write down the ideas he has had, adding to them pictures, photos and clips from the gallery of his phone. Saved lists can be distributed by applying tags. There are hashtags for finding notes.
