CheckPFR

A software application recommended by the Russian Pension Fund for checking reports and other documents sent to the pension fund. The CheckPFR program allows you to check documents sent to the Russian Pension Fund for compliance with the approved format and control ratios. The application was developed in one of the regional offices of the fund, so you can vouch for the accuracy of the check. It is only important to have the latest version of the program due to constant changes in legislation and updating of forms for filling in documents. The software only controls incoming documents. principle of operation

The CheckPFR program is quite simple to use. To check a report file, just drag it into the program window or click on the inscription in the center of the window and select the required file (all documents submitted to the pension fund must be in XML format). The application automatically determines the document type and the corresponding filling template. Then a protocol of detected errors and warnings is generated. Checking of documents with the following information has been implemented:

• calculation of accrual and payment of insurance contributions of the enterprise;
• information on accrual and payment of contributions by insured persons;
• report on the length of service of employees of the enterprise;
• information on insured persons working at the enterprise;
• inventory of documents and information to be submitted to the pension fund;
• application for voluntary payment of additional insurance contributions to increase pension.

Requirements to hardware and software:

• operating system - Microsoft Windows XP and higher. When installing on Windows XP there may additionally be a requirement to install MSXML 6.0. In newer operating systems this component is installed initially;
• RAM - 1GB:
• free space on the hard drive - 1GB;
• Firebird database management system release number 2.5 or higher.
• MSXML 6.0 and Firebird components are included in the CheckPFR installation package.
