Sober One

The Sober One app works on Android smartphones. It allows you to monitor the frequency and quantity of alcoholic drinks consumed and not to lose control. The utility gives you the opportunity to keep a personal diary and receive up-to-date advice on how to get rid of the addiction.

Goals and tasks

To start using the application, you need to take a survey beforehand. One should be sure to indicate how often he uses alcohol, as well as indicate the purpose why he needs the program. Among the goals there are the following options:

• To get rid of the habit of drinking alcohol;
• to control the amount of alcohol he or she drinks;
• to get support and help in dealing with a bad habit;
• to reduce the amount of alcohol consumed.

The application, similar to others, allows you to set a goal and until its fulfillment do not lose control. Diary

• the sensations experienced after drinking alcohol;
• how strong the craving was;
• the amount of alcohol that was consumed;
• what was the factor that triggered the desire to drink alcohol.

The application, based on the data received from the user, generates a corresponding graph. It is this graph that clearly allows you to assess the frequency of abuse. Useful recommendations and advice from experts, will also have a positive impact on the user.
