SLAM

A program for broadcasting audio recordings to games and their voice chat. Supports Source engine games, including online games CS: GO and Team Fortress 2. SLAM is a program for integrating your audio tracks into game audio chat in games such as Counter-Strike: Global Offensive and Team Foretress 2. This utility gives new opportunities for those who like to troll the visitors of the servers of the above mentioned games. It is also possible to bind audio files to specific tracks, that is, pressing a combination of keys will turn on a particular audio file.

Working with the program

Using the SLAM program is very easy, even a child can cope with it. The program does not need to be installed, just unzip the archive to a convenient place, then open the startup file. After that you should add audio files individually or add a library at once, the program supports only MP3 and WAV files. After you need to wait a little while the application converts the files to the format of voice chat games CS: GO and Team Foretress 2. The application does not limit you in the list of added sounds, but it is worth limiting yourself to a smaller number. In the next step SLAM will offer to customize the hotkeys, initially it is the X button. Once the customization is complete you can open the game, leaving the application open. After getting to the server and loading the map you can start the program, just press the "tilde" button (~) and then write "exec slam" in the console. Immediately start SLAM and in the console will display all available and previously added sounds and the number assigned to them. Now to start a song you just need to enter the number of the desired song and press Enter. You can also play videos using the previously added hotkeys. These elementary actions only confirm that the application is easy to master.

Important information

Thanks to the open source code an advanced user can make sure that SLAM application is completely safe. Also on the relevant forums you can find threads with discussion of this program, and according to the discussions, no one got banned for the program, but some teammates throw reports for annoying spam sounds.
