PrintCheck

PrintCheck is a utility for Windows that allows you to generate copies of receipts of popular cash registers. Mercury, Barcode, Atol and many other devices are supported. The ability to automatically calculate VAT, the cost of the object of sale and the total amount is integrated. The generated document can be printed or saved as a file. The developers assure that the created checks meet all the requirements of the current version of the 54th Federal Law.

New check

After launching the application, the user will be prompted to select a category and the most suitable cash receipt template. Next, the system will request the following set of dаta:

• calculation sign;
• date and exact time of realization;
• information about the cashier;
• bonus card data;
• fiscal number;
• factory identifier of the fiscal drive.

It is possible to create additional fields for entering additional information. It is also necessary to enter the correct list of goods with the indication of all items and cost. Additionally, you can insert the logo of the organization and a link to the QR code.

Calculation and printing

Built-in algorithm automatically calculates the final amount and tax amount. Before sending to print, you can open a preview window for final check of the result of work. It should be taken into account that to access all functions you need to purchase a license beforehand. By default, a trial version of the program with some limitations is installed.
