PowerSDR

PowerSDR is a Windows application that provides standard analog-to-digital converter capability. It is worth considering that the program is designed to be used in conjunction with an SDR transceiver from FlexRadio brand. It is possible to receive a broadband signal for further demodulation.

Main user interface

After launching the utility automatically starts scanning, identifying suitable equipment (must be preconnected). Then the standard interface is displayed, the appearance, menus and functionality depend on the connected module. It is possible to get detailed information about the transceiver, including characteristics, status and current operating mode. A separate switch allows you to set the mode of operation - receive or transmit carrier signal. It is possible to set and correct the frequency using 10% of the rated power. This mode is used at the stage of automatic or manual tuning of the external tuner.

Recording

The application can record audio from an external device. To do this, it is enough to activate the Rec button, which is located on the main control panel. The resulting file can be immediately output to the live stream, for example, showing the interlocutor the current reception quality.
