GetDataBack

GetDataBack is a Windows program designed to recover damaged or deleted data. The utility is able to work with memory cards, flash drives, as well as SSD and HDD disks. It has a simple English-language interface.

Scanning

The first thing the utility does is scan drives attached to a laptop or desktop computer. The program is able to recognize not only HDD and SDD disks, but also memory cards and flash drives. After the end of the scanning process, the duration of which directly depends on the size of the storage, the user will see a list of files on the screen. All the data in the list can be recovered. These can be any kind of files, including images, text records, electronic presentations, videos, tables and so on. If desired, a person can sort the list by various criteria. For example, it is possible to display the newest files at the beginning of the list or distribute them alphabetically.

File Recovery

The program allows you to check the contents of files before you start recovering them. Thus, the user can determine in advance which data may be useful to him and which may not. To recover data, a person needs to select the files he or she needs and click on the corresponding menu item. However, this option is not available in the demo version of the utility. Without purchasing a license, the user can only see a list of deleted and damaged files.
