DefSmeta is a Windows application for calculating the price of various materials and works. The program was developed for commercial companies whose activities are related to repair and construction. There is a tool for generating reporting documentation. All text in the utility is presented in Russian.

Cost of services and materials

When the user turns on the application, he will need to create a list with the types of services provided by the company. It is worth noting that to speed up this process, it is possible to use ready-made layouts. After compiling the list, a person should specify the price of those or other services of the organization. It is also possible to enter the volume of materials required to fulfill orders. The user can add a price for each resource. Thanks to this, the process of calculating the resource and labor costs of the company when performing various orders is simplified. It should be noted that the computer program supports the transfer of information from similarly functional utilities. Also, the application gives the opportunity to send data to the editor called Microsoft Excel.

Plans and documents

With the help of the utility it is possible to develop plans. The user is able to specify the time required to complete the tasks. It also supports work with standard documentation, including M-29 and KS-2. In addition, the functionality of the computer program makes it possible to quickly draw up contracts for subsequent sending to the client.
