CommFort

CommFort is a Windows application that is a corporate messenger. You can send messages, attach files, and create large-scale conferences. Administrators get all the tools they need to manage the service.

Customization

To implement the service, the client and server parts are used. This allows you to ensure the stability of work and provide the maximum number of functions. You can create several accounts and use tools to differentiate access to individual modules. To connect a new client, it is necessary to specify a password, login and server name. A user with administrator rights can forcibly limit the maximum number of users in the network. For large files, you can additionally activate the compression mode to reduce the load on the network.

Conferences

One of the main functions of the program is to organize conferences and various events online. Both asynchronous and synchronous modes are available. The number of participants is not limited, you should only take into account the capabilities of the network infrastructure. Voice and video communication can be used for communication. Desktop demonstration mode is supported (any active user). This mode is often used in training, for demonstrating various reports or solving various problems in remote mode.

Communication

In addition to classic text messages, you can send documents, photos, presentations and other files. A separate module is designed to organize regular calls and provide the ability to control the computer.
