IT Invent - Windows application for inventory of office equipment and computers. You can record the movement of objects between branches, plan purchases and service work. Integration with SQL Server and Microsoft Access for convenient data storage is supported. This allows you to significantly expand the capabilities of the program, including the organization of remote access and the formation of the necessary sample.

Database

At the first launch, the application offers to set up the database and proceed to its filling. You can add data manually or use the import function from Excel. It is possible to generate copies of cards, which is convenient for a large number of similar devices. When selecting certain equipment, the program automatically adds additional options. For example, for monitors you can specify their diagonal. It is possible to add new fields that automatically change the corresponding table in the database. In the future, this will allow you to quickly form data sets with the desired parameters.

Accounting

The next module allows you to record information about all repair works. It is possible to upload scans of contracts with third-party organizations. Connection of external devices, including barcode scanners, is supported. This will allow you to conveniently control this direction and take into account in the process of financial planning for the next periods. It can also be used for cost optimization, generating reports on the most costly areas.
