TMPGEnc Video Mastering Works

TMPGEnc Video Mastering Works is a Windows application for video editing and conversion. You can select codec and resolution. Color correction, noise reduction, a set of effects and scene selection are also available.

Editing

Once installed and opened, you need to select a clip to process. You can use the search through the file manager or drag and drop the file onto the workspace. The program allows you to cut individual frames, adjust the playback speed, change the resolution. There is a set of ready-made filters and effects. At an intermediate stage of work, you can switch to preview mode to evaluate the results of creativity. The program allows you to automatically remove artifacts and noise. For typical situations, you can create a ready set of settings in advance and save them to a common list for further use. This will eliminate the need to enter them manually.

Conversion

There is a function to optimize video for viewing on mobile devices or uploading to a social network. There are a lot of settings - bitrate, frame rate, resolution, quality, file extension and a number of others. All current codecs are supported. It is possible to add and customize the audio track, as well as connect an external file with subtitles. A separate panel allows you to add an action after the conversion is complete, for example, turning off the PC or activating sleep mode. Clip processing time depends on video parameters, selected conversion mode and PC performance.
